If there is going to be a double announcement I would guess it would be next week in the US, as replacement for the planned announcement of Alves.

Kelechi would count as a HG player I believe/U21 list come the PL season for squad requirements.

Unlikely - with B.Silva, Silva and KDB, his chances are going to be limited and we'd be better off giving those limited chances to Foden. He had his chance to stick around last season, but he chose to go elsewhere.
