Sorry if its been mentioned on here but did anyone see Bent yesterday scoring for sunderland & giving it big time right in front of the spurs fans, not once but twice?
As far as I am concerned good luck to him no harm done but I cant help feeling if big Ade does it at arsenal & some irate lord snooty throws his slice of quiche in a hissy fit, Ade would be looking at another 4 game ban.

Just seen it again on motd2. It was worse than Ade's in a way, he was off the pitch doing a 'yada yada' thing at them with his hand. Spoke to an Arse fan at my works and said I would have thought they will go easy on Ade after he nearly got shot to death. The sad answer he gave me was no chance, they couldn't wait for the game so they can all rip in to him.

i think the big diff is he celebrated at the end he scored at, he didnt run the length of the field too get there!!

Very true; however, he was hung out to dry in the media shitstorm that followed in the days after the game (and not just for the stamp). This weekend; not a peep out of our beloved press about Bent. A word springs to mind beginning with 'H' and ending in 'ypocrites'.
