I agree with the official agent. Until an agreed deal is agreed then of course he won't leave Real Madrid. tbh it looks like english is his 2nd language. Probably why there are parts that don't make sense. It appears he is not saying he has agreed terms, it seems he is saying something like when he does move it will be to Man City (in agreed terms)? weird wording.
