i remember that well mate.that was one of the greatest performances by any player i had seen in a long time.Berbatov was fantastic that night.I heard some United fan on 5 live last night defending Berbatov.He said 'i am a massive red,i have watched the leeds game twice now and challenge you to watch the game again,then tell me Berbatov had a bad game.it was piss funny.they really are starting to struggle

very true, was at that game and he was awesome......had the strength and the skill...pity, but when you dance with the devil and join the scum it can happen. (Veron, Bartez, Nani.....to name a few)

I love the way the media were saying at the start of the season that 'yoonited were missing Ronlado and Tevez.' Then when Carlos was having a tough time of it that changed to 'yoonited are missing Ronaldo, Tevez wasn't good enough'. Now Carlos is banging them in (Player of the month 'Sir' Alex AND cost £6M less than Berbaflop) the press have changed their tune AGAIN to say they miss Ronaldo AND Tevez.

And remember Blues, we drove Berbatov's price up by atleast £6 million on that fateful September day. Remind the Rags of that at every opportunity. That said I agree with de niro, good player at the wrong club. Don't worry for them though. They still have Owen....

As mentioned, he was absolutely amazing in that CC QF at COMS - I was gutted but impressed at the same time.

That daft old drunk in Salford has to take the blame for his failure, he was so busy trying to get one over on his noisy neighbours™, that he didnt actually give any thought to how he'd fit the lad in the team.

His ship has sailed as far as City goes, twitchy fucking 'Arry will probably buy him back to go on strikers row.

That was the best display from a lone frontman I have ever seen. It was a masterclass in how to hold the ball up and bring other players into the game.

I still think he's class. Ferguson's got to take the share of the blame because he hasn't worked out what he's good at. Although Berbatov's not a big unit he is quality with his back to goal and if you get the ball to him early he can cause all sorts of problems.
