Absolutely amazing that he didn’t get a chance last night. Really, what was Pep thinking?
 
He always gives 100% and is one of our most passionate players. You can tell he’s so invested in our club, hates our rivals and lives for the big games. I know he’s been poor this season (no worse than Sterling around winter) but it baffles me that he didn’t feature at all last night. Needs a run of games to build his confidence back up.
 
Keep him and play him. Mentality monster with skill and an exceptional work rate.
Didn't have the greatest season but is still crucial for our future continental success.

I think he do a great role as a reliable pair of legs next to Rodri. He can run for days, play with the ball glued to his feet, and contribute in attack too. He wouldn't be a metronome but with Rodri and a good pair of ball playing CBs that may not be an issue.

There's definitely something we're not seeing. The good news is though there aren't any noises from the club yet suggesting his time's up, which means the club probably has a lot of faith that he'll bounce back.

his best position is the one Kevin plays.

So putting him and Kev together in midfield is counter productive.

That is why Bernardo has been sacrificed this season.

Nobody in the squad can replicate the midfield control David Silva Brings except for Gundogan.
and our midfield is currently still built around David...

This season importance must be give tk finalise player positions especially Bernardo And Foden. These guys needs Fixed position yes versatility helps but looks the are allover place
 
He's knackered if you looked at his girlfriend's Instagram page you would understand !
 
To be fair to Pep on this he did nothing in the season to suggest he should be starting in that game and frankly his form has fallen off a cliff. He has had one good season in three and needs to pick it up again next season. Personally on form I would be happier seeing Foden in midfield with De Bruyne and if Bernado wants to play there, he needs to improve a lot from this seasons performances. He has it in him and was exceptional in 18/19 but this season has been a very flat 6/10.
