We were being strongly linked with him from the previous winter. I mean there seems to have been loose links to Silva but never consistent links like Fabinho, Mbappe, Sanchez.
Silva is one of those names I never actually believed that we were in for and just put it down to lazy journalism/ click bait.

Sat in the pub with some United mates and it was great fun. First they were really disappointed that City seemingly had done the deal and so quickly. Then they tried to fight back by saying that 60 million was quite a high price. But now they are even more depressed again since 43 million is being reported as the fee by BBC and even Sky. But, fair play to them, and have to say that they are agreeing what a gifted player Bernardo is.
