I'm amazed at how many blues are grumbling at the signing of Bernado Silva. He's the one player that stands out for me last season. He controlled the whole game and only played 70 mins against us at The Etihad. The whole crowd clapped him off. Unbelievable talent. Imagine we can secure the next David Silva!!!!!

I haven't seen a grumble. A legitimate question has been asked about where he'd play. My response would be look at Real Madrid, bayern or Barca. They don't have an 11. they have 15 or more star players from which they can make a team on any given day. Premiership is so tough, need players

Bernardo is quiet, Mendy is that annoying smiling guy that keep talk and have fun.

Mendy is really a mental guy. Jardim knew how to deal with him off the pitch, and that's where he began to be a monster on the pitch.

Nobody who has seen this lad can be legitimately grumbling, he's as desirable a signing as you can imagine. Many on here said he was the best player on the park after our games, but many more said he was the best player in Ligue 1 this season (l'equipe, for example). He's that good.

Even if you can't get excited about locking down the next David Silva, and God help you if you can't, then at least appreciate the meltdown the rags are going through presently.

What a gift! Huge sign! Huge player! Like me he loves Benfica and now City! Watch him since playing in Benfica Youth teams. Very good player, Portugal next big star. Now he will be in the right Club with the right coach to make him even better! Very big team we are building....Hope we sign Nelson Semedo, an amazing player too....and i hope Patrick Roberts (another huge player i admire) get his chance!
