I saw both publications earlier & just ignored them. They weren't even worth the cursory glance I gave the headline tbh...An object lesson in how the media works.
Take the hysterical ravings of a hopelessly compromised, partisan hack writing for a glorified fanzine, filter this a couple of times through marginally more reliable publications citing apparently legitimate ‘sources’, and you’ve essentially laundered a load of complete bollocks into an apparently credible story - even the ‘truth’, if you’re lucky.
So expect this to become a indisputable fact - Bernardo has told City he wants to join Barcelona this summer - by the middle of next week at the latest.
When in reality it’s just a load of hysterically fabricated, fan-appeasing bullshit coming at us straight from Barca’s very own PR department.
