Barcelona can't afford him, that's a cold hard fact that there's no getting around.
They couldn't afford Torres either.

I mean, if you really believe he was available for 60m last year, what's the point.
I suppose you believe he is availabke for 40m or whatever it is Barcelona are optimistic they can land him for this year too.

The difference in money we are talking about here is the reason why they can't afford him, looking at todays transfer gossip they are trying to offload the shit they have collected over the past 3 years and it doesn't amount to much at all.
This is IMHO just another same old same old about Bernardo every transfer window.
Did say it was reported and he did want a change anyway we have two months of the transfer window we will see…
In fairness, it is only the second window it, and quite limited at that. No smoke without and all that, but it is hardly episodical.
If the club would have accepted 60m for Bernardo last season, someone would have snapped him up. Atletico, Barca, the Milans, Bayern, all would have come forward at least tried. 60m made nice headlines, to contrast splashing out 100m on Grealish, that's about it.
I honestly do. Pep loves Bernardo and knows players careers are short as well as anyone.Do you think we will sell if we get offered €80m
