See what PSG will cough up now as close to Enzos RC as you can get and do it. tired of the story.

He's certainly not short of a few quid and his next move would be for at least four years, taking him up to 33, so he has to balance how long he wants to wait before going home and playing for Benfica again, as opposed to a deal somewhere else right now that still has to factor an outright transfer fee and improve his present City salary.

Only Paris likely to be able to do that. I would certainly opt for Lisbon at this stage of his life if Fernandez was in the equation.

Him, Rodri and Bellingham in the middle, I think we might be okay for a few years!!

So he has a big decision to make as i`m not sure the club will want to deal with PSG, barca are skint, Madrid don`t need him? Maybe making more money then he could have dreamed of as a kid and still getting 50,000 plus euros a week and being back home is a tempting idea?

I was thinking the very same yesterday. It's a bit of a stretch, but if Bernardo REALLY misses home, isn't Bernardo & £30m to Benfica, & Enzo to City a perfect solution all round?

Presumably Benfica wont pay the salary he expects ?

Such a weird saga, I hope for everyone's sake he gets a move for a decent fee. Seems weird to me that anyone would want to leave us but hey no one's not replaceable. Thank you Bernie, Enzo and/or Bellingham will do nicely.

City Xtra on Instagram stating it's Cancelo that doesn't have the greatest relationship with Pep. I assume Laporte has his nose out of joint because Ake, Stones and Akanji have been the better defenders in the past few months. I like Laporte but seems a mard arse. Cancelo is a very popular member of the squad from interviews with fellow players.

This has dragged on long enough now. Let's thank him for his stellar service and let him move on. Great player and he has done us proud. All the best Bernardo.

That’s all very well but it shouldn’t involve either accepting a shit fee or subsidising his wages. Being good employers is one thing. Being mugs is another.

Meanwhile, on the subject of PSG, that won‘t give him beaches, wall to wall sunshine or Portuguese culture. Paris shouldn’t be in the equation if we take stuff at face value.

A lot of this is conjecture though, fuelled by the fans’ tide apparently turning against Bernardo with that in turn fuelled by his loss of form.
