and yet it’s City who have been constantly scrutinised over our finances,what we spend,sponsors and FFP..So Barcelona are spending over a billion pounds on redeveloping the Nou Camp. On top of their billion pound debt. And are struggling to put a transfer bid together for Bernardo. Simple. Bernardo doesn’t go to Barcelona. Bernardo either stays at City, goes to PSG, or goes to Saudi.

You are either selfish or not, it's in his nature that he is selfish. I wouldn't go anywhere near him and City won't.Imagine how good he could be if he were to become unselfish and a team player. Stranger things have happened. If we did get him then the 7 trophies would definitely be on.
I'm amazed it names the player in the headline - They are usually click-bait like "Man City now ready to accept £45m for treble winning star"As reliable sources go, Football Insider's right down there......
Who have they bought? I can't see any confirmed yet.They’ve already spent around €80m on players!
Still - it wouldn't surprise me - they've already asked players signed just last season to take pay cuts, so they can buy more new players.
