RIP Bert. You were a quite extraordinary man who lived a quite extraordinary life.

Leave it out. A great man has died, he was from my era, I watched him play many times and I am crying because he was such a lovely man as well as a great player.

So let the poor man RIP and let City put their own fitting tribute which they will, I have no doubt, when it is officially confirmed.


Sorry folks, the Club are not perfect but they don't need this sort of thing. Give them time.
