Best atmosphere ever at the Etihad ?

i stand in 111 and i must admit even the family stand was loud last night, it was an amazing atmosphere, i went to hamburg as well but i think because of what was lying on this match it made the atmosphere better, even though i did want to chuck up for most of the match.

sorry about the spelling mistake

agree with the consensus that the north stand is louder than the south stand. The south stand may sing more songs, but noise wise isnt a patch on a fully singing north stand

WE ARE THE NORTH STAND ;)

it only sounds louder because you're sat in it you doughnut ;)

WE ARE THE SOUTH STAND!
As I've said, I sit right on the halfway line and right between the North and South and when the North all sing they are the loudest. There's twice as many of them! And this season they have got better and better and against West Brom they were the best stand in the ground (and have been a few times this season). The South on the other hand have been getting gradually worse and worse over the last couple of years. There are games where only the Colin Bell is quieter than the South.

I have never heard anything atmosphere wise at any ground like we had at the half time whistle last night.

Was looking at a rangers forum to see what other teams thought of the match and they were saying it sounded like a shit atmosphere. Ian wright expected a better atmosphere.

I thought it was awesome. The stadium went absolutely mental when vinnie scored. It was nerve jangling at times. We completely drowned out the united fans to the extent they just didn't bother. Good atmosphere. Nearly cried at the end.

who cares what rangers fans think, they werent there were they ? Going to a match and watching it on tv is a bit different

Been the best atmosphere I can think of tbh. On a few occasions Blue Moon rang out, I just stood there and admired, it was absolutely brilliant! Loudest I've heard it in a long time. Credit has to go to the North Stand, thought they were excellent last night again and getting better every week. I've not heard the concourse like that before a game or during half-time either and at full time, I've not seen anything like it! Fantastic.
