Best band you've seen live?

I usually say Van Halen at Madison Square Garden in 1981 was best gig I saw.

Seen lots of fantastic gigs (I’ve got over 1,000 performances listed on setlist.fm. Aside from VH, best live acts I’ve seen multiple times are The Rolling Stones, Springsteen, Rush, Kiss, The Foo Fighters, Queen and Blue Oyster Cult.

Just remembered James at the Apollo last year or the year before(brains gone), Had front seats and he jumped off the stage singin to me. Went gay for nearly a minute. Still am thinkin about it :D
 
I’ve seen Jacko, he was brilliant, I‘ve seen Whitney when she was in her prime, superb, also seen Prince (I wasn’t that taken really), seen a few others too but the group that had everyone dancing in the aisles was Showaddywaddy circa 1979, the Golden Garter. I was under 18 but what a night:)

Was the Jacko at a race course? Might be Leeds.

Edit. Seen Bowie Glass Spider Maine rd and at Old Trafford cricket, pissed down but great night
