Looks like a snide version of Shreddies.

I just checked what the hell they are

Turns out they are the American version of Shreddies but in good old fashioned US way they have fried bacon and cheese in them and you dot use milk you use butter

Cornflakes or weetabix with just enough hot milk to get a mushy consistency, not too thick or not too runny, with sugar. Yum Yum.
