Balotelli is the best in the world at penaltys but we have a lot who can take a penalty like Milner, Nasri, Aguero, Kolarov. Joe Hart takes a good penalty also and even tho people have said Tevez he does miss a fair few

Pretty sure Barry used to take them for Villa, I'd back him after Balotelli and Aguero.

Not only is Mario our best current penalty taker, he's the best we've ever had. Frannie Lee was wonderful at winning them and damned fine at putting them away, but I have seen him miss one (Cup game vs Reading circa 1970). A penalty won right at the end of a 0-0 draw and he blazed it over the bar. We won the replay 7-0. Dunno what the stats are, but I've never even seen Mario even go close to failing to score.

Lee just hammered 'em home, it was as much as a keeper could do to get out of the way of them.

Barry slipped my mind for some reason but yes as you said he is probably the best at them after Balotelli and maybe even ahead of Sergio but we will find that out when Sergio has taken a few more. I have said a lot of times at the matches when Mario hasn't been on and we have won a penalty that Barry should take them.
