The Claremont- still going strong(ish)

Sherwood had its day for about 4/5 years then reidy left and it went poo!!!

Had my first pint at the Claremont, 4 infact of Holt's bitter. Missed most of the game throwing up in the lovely toliets at Maine Road ;)

The Princess (Threlfalls pub?) was a big fallowfield community pub
...my dad ( life-long blue ) used to 'wait on' there and also play for the crown green bowling team.A great boozer...and a shame it became designated for away fans...but suppose it was convienient police wise.

When i was old enough to drink....16 ...it was the Beehave for me...you just knew where every was coming from in there.

York train to Oxford Road then the Lass O'Gowrie. Bus down Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road then a couple to finish off in Osborne House.
