Yes they do but then East ( Cardiff) v West (Swansea) is even worse and is hatred on another scale to anything I've ever seen in England.
In the 70's and 80's going to a Wales game was a weird affair, Wrexham v Cardiff v Swansea was more likely to happen than having a fight with the opposition national sides fans

Speaking from a North Wales perspective, absolutely, there's a kind of "London-centric" mindset in the people I know and speak to.
