Ah you were a SS lad were you? For the Xbox generation, Sensible Soccer and Kick Off 2 was the FIFA/Pro Evo debate of its day. I was a Kick Off 2 man myself.

I liked KO2 as well, it just lacked the off-the-wall personality of SS.

the best football game is obviously Goomer, followed by Wembley Knockouts.
Endless fun and you could play it anywhere.
We still play Goomer at work when its quiet.
At least try to get out of the house occasionally lads ;)

We played headers and volleys, wembley singles or doubles, and 60 seconds (tho I can't remember how that went.)

I used to have this on the amiga 500 back in the early 90s. Downloaded it on the XBOX360 and found it very dated. May be I should never have gone back....

God knows what asteroids would look like now
