Best games of football you've ever seen?

As a fan,Everton v spurs fa cup semi final, 4-1 win.
Possibly because it was so unexpected, l
remember the press gave us no hope against Klinsmann and he's team mates.

Sunderland v Leeds fa cup final, as a youth I think that was the game that totally began my football passion. Everything that day encompasses what I became to love about the game, amazing drama.
Could be wrong but did your sub not score a hatrick that day.
I recently watched the Sunderland v Arsenal semi final through a link on Bluemoon.
Sunderland were even better that day.

Daniel Amokachi famously subbed himself on, told Joe Royle's assistant ,Willie Doherty, ex Man City , the manager wanted him to replace injured Paul Rideout. He was on the pitch before anything could be done by Big Joe.Bagged two late goals , went into folklore history.
Must check out the Sunderland fixture.

Call me an FOC, but Real Nadrid 7-3 v Eintracht Frankfurt at Hampden Park in 1960 was utterly breathtaking. I only saw it on telly, not in the flesh of course.

Th quality of the football, with the goals shared between Puskas an di Stefano IIRC, was beyond anything we'd seen in the UK in those days.

Or is it just distance lending enchantment to the view?
Wonderful game. One afternoon in school they herded all the boys into the assembly hall to watch the recording (the girls were taken off to see a film about the dangers of boys.)

As for games seen live, Hungary v. Brazil at Goodison in the 1966 World Cup, Florian Albert ran the show and had the crowd in raptures. Portugal v. N. Korea at the same ground wasn't bad either.

France v Germany 82 WC SF
Argentina v France 78 WC
Italy v Germany 06 WC SF
France v Portugal 84 EC SF

Not the best game but the one that early on I was on a downer that got steadily worse up to and including half time. Then the mood started to improve into excitement and then utter euphoria with me and a mate dancing like idiots around my lounge.

FA Cup - Spurs 3 v 4 City
I was there, craziest game I've ever been to live ( I wasn't there in 2012). Wembley 99' is up there too obviously.

Back when the FA cup semi was a passionate affair at big club grounds, back when Wembley was a one off final experience

Daniel Amokachi scored twice right?

I was 10 and have just remembered that. Can't even remember what I had for tea yesterday but can remember Everton vs Spurs from 1995. Fuck me I'm weird.
