Saw them the day before at GMEX, Festival of the 10th Summer but this Salford gig was sonething else.....

Santana at the Hard rock in Stretford 1971, never seen so many band members on such a small stage.

Saw Carlos Santana in 1996. At the start of the show he kind of slowly walked around the stage whilst he played until he found "the spot." He then stayed there for almost the rest of the show.

I saw the sones, santana and iggy pop in Detroit. In the early 80's I think.

I was at that ANL gig at Alex park. 1977 I think it was.Boiling hot day, loads of guys trying to sell cannabis, lousy bogs and food but great music. Buzzcocks were superb!
I was 17.....oh how time flies :(
