Bruce Lee Enter the Dragon + Fists of fury, big boss.
Jackie Chan Armour of God, rush hour 1 + 2 and the medallion.

There are many more I can think of, but my brain is numb.

As a youth I enjoyed Blood Sport and Kickboxer, although I obviously acknowledge that they were not as technically accurate as the Hong Kong kung-fu movies.
