Al Aqsa on Stockport Road is a cracking place. Proper clay nans & a full onion on the end of the spit when they're cooking it. They also slice up the chicken when its being cooked which adds to the flavour.
And the blue faux leather seating upgrade makes it even better.
Agree about the food as well.

I find the bread there is hard and tastes earthy.

You had to bump this didn't you when the online drunks are starving.

Next demo against the man my Grecian friends is based at Paphos's place, he said he will supply paint bombs and beer.
He will also put you all up and feed you, what a gent he is eh.

Red cherry on Stockport Rd. for me - it's been a while. I'll always have an abduls if I'm walking past, but since they opened the big one on Oxford rd for the (fucking) students they've become the Macdonalds of the bab. Saajan and Camel 1 on the curry mile IMHO.

Camel 1 is terrible I drove from Salford on a taxi drivers recommendation. I refused to pay him next time I got in his cab. He told me it has changed hands and he no longer used it either.

For me it has to be Jauqes, Whitefield (Greek) and Lahori kebabish Cheetham Hill (Asian)
