well I actually listened to that, and nearly made it through, but not without laughing..

so how about some 'sex on legs'?

and for the girlies - we go back to the days when Derby County were league champions & Big Joe (the original one) was in goal.. did you know this guy once had to cancel a concert because his voice got better?

Everything on that album counts, but I think 'still I'm Sad' on Rainbow Live( the one recorded in Japan, not Germany) is Dio at his finest

Not a huge Stones fan, but tough to beat this one:

and how about this powerhouse (where the drummer manages *not* to pass out over his kit) still prefer the studio versions to some of this stuff, but if you were in that crowd I concede you're at something special as opposed to being in your living room/shower/etc:

If that is the version from The Kids are Alright film, it's a great shout for one of the best live recordings of a song.

If I had to pick one live song from an album, it would have to be Skynyrd's Freebird from One More From the Road; which is the definitive version of a classic. The moment where all the guitars climax then explode never fails to produce a touch of frisson; much like the segue from Cowboy Song to The Boys are Back in Town on Lizzy's Live & Dangerous.

I would struggle to single out one song from all the gigs that I have actually attended.

Only Rush fans could sing along to an instrumental

Saw them on this tour at The Apollo, absolutely amazing.

Although Brian Johnson's good. Bon Scott is far superior

or anything from the full vid, mesmerising isn't a strong enough compliment for this timeless masterpiece...simply the best.
