The best Cloughie quote I recall is when he was reviewing a Charity Shield match between City and QPR on ITV. Regarding Stan Bowles the great man says "Stan Bowles; he's a bit like Christmas... lots of anticipation before the event but a little disappointing on the day". Brilliant.
