Best place/hotel to stay for the final, and best pubs to drink (not the Torch)

Me and my mates gave up on Wembley pubs a couple of years ago. They're either shit or overcrowded or both. The coach trip from Carlisle means we don't arrive early enough to go further afield. We now go straight from the coach park to the stadium concourse, have a few pints there and stroll to the seats. Beer is no worse than the pubs, prices only slightly higher, and you can get served pretty quickly if you pick the right area. It's a lot less hassle TBH if you've only got a couple of hours to play with.

I am with you there, you can go to a pub anytime but it’s not every day you can drink on the Wembley stadium concourse

Driving down. What's a good station to park and get a train to Wembley for the last few miles?
Hillingdon is decent on the Metropolitan Line - Ickenham an alternative in that area.

At Hillingdon theres a decent pub by the station called The Swallow thats worth popping in to for beer/food. You can also use Just Park to book parking on someones drive in this area too.

We always go in Willesden WMC, 5 min walk from dollis hill tube station then 2 stops from Wembley.
Cheap prices for London

In the past when we've gone in a minibus we've either parked up at Wealdstone FC, stayed for a bit & walked 10 mins & had a few pints near Ruislip Manor station & straight into Wembley Park (there is also some decent takeaway places & offies for the way home near the station) or we've gone to Ickenham. Free parking at the station, straight into Wembley Park & a couple of nice pubs close by). Early train this time, might chance Borough Market by will probably be all Palace.
4 of us staying near there so we'll around Borough Market before & after the game. Some great boozers there

We’ve stayed in a Premier Inn there for 90% of the Wembley games since 2011 at Croxley Green. We get the tube into Harrow on the Hill usually as well . Not enjoyed Harrow the last few times though, doesn’t seem as popular . Sheff U and United have had the spoons there of late and the O’neills has now gone . We’ve had to make do with the small bar on the corner opposite the Wetherspoons.
This time though I’m staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Watford. Debating whether to go Wealdstone or Harrow
We’ve stayed at Premier Inn, Croxley Park many times both for Wembley and against Watford.

Doing piccadilly train to Euston for first time.Arrives in around noon.So looking for recommendations on food and few pints around there, before heading on to Wembley.

If you’re going via Marylebone there’s plenty of boozers between there & Euston, was full of Forest for the semi round there, but Palace lot are heading for Trafalgar Square early doors, so it might not be to hectic

I went to the Euston Tap right outside station last year which if the weather is good is a decent option.

If you want some traditional London pubs then the area around Goodge Street tube is good in Fitzrovia.

You can see where all these are in relation to Euston station on the map. You can get the tube direct to Wembley Park from Euston Square which you can also see on the map. 15/20 min walk to pub area from Euston then 10 mins to Euston Square.
