Best Stadium in the World

What is the best stadium (football or non football) in the world?. Not in terms of capacity or atmosphere but in terms of design, science (architecture and engineering) , appearance (beauty), state of the art technological achievements etc.

I don't really know the answer so I will go for an easy one:

In terms of capacity and atmosphere, definitely!

This was when the ground was undergoing construction a few years ago and had over 10,000 less than full capacity......you can still hardly hear the final siren (which is very, very loud).

Westfallenstadion is definitely one of the best for atmosphere and is awe inspiring at times but it is not the best thing to look at to be honest in terms of the design and beauty. The yellow is also a bit of a put off.

The Estadio Muncipal de Braga does reflect the imagination and creative bravery of the architects who attempted that project.
