For me, naproxen is better than ibuprofen, ibuprofen is better than aspirin and paracetamol, and either aspirin or paracetamol is better than nothing. Plus fresh air - stale air is a major trigger for me.

No pills...just try and relax and calm yourself down. Breath deeply. Rub at the sides of your head with your fingers as well. Works for me.
