Best/worst reactions to City Substitutes.

Could be worse mate u could sit where I sit. Young lad behind us slated Dzeko all game, refused to celebrate his goal cos he is shite and should have been subbed an he hates him. Now thats a WTF moment. Even his Dad called him a mental head.

Mind you he spent most of last season calling Yaya lazy, and shouts shoot everytime we get withn 25 yards of goal, even if there are 4 defenders in the way.
 
Best reaction to a substitute I have seen at city from the crowd as a whole was probably Glauber Berti!

Dzeko is shite, and i dont rate him one bit. Still gotta get behind the lad tho!! Not cheering his goal is embarssing!!!

You always get people like that, does my head in though.

Had a guy who fucking hated Micah a few season ago, constantly on his back all the time.
 
I can remember City supporters booing Samaras when he came on at Wigan during Sven's time in charge.

Absolutely disgraceful.

I dont think hes shit, he scores a decent amount but i dont think hes good enough for what we need in link up play but hes a good alternative to throw on when we are losing, i do however think kolarov is shit.

I get behind both at games though just as much as any other player which is what everyone should do.

I think the reception tevez got in relation to rooneys reception after wanting to leave showed the difference in glass between us and them.

Bob Taylor came back one night, playing for Wolves or someone. He came on as a sub to a cheer from the crowd. Gives it the old wave and looked chuffed about it all. Twenty seconds later the whole crowd is singing "Big Fat, Big Fat Bob, Big Fat, Big Fat Bob............."
 
Richard Edgehill? i think being substitiuted and the lad was in tears when he left the pitch - he got an awful lot of abuse from the supporters that day (including me sadly)

I remember it clearly, I was working and living in Zambia at the time and in those days one had to rely on a good SW radio and the BBC world service.
I was listening to a live commentary when they flashed over to Maine Road and described the reaction of the crowd when the King appeared.
It brought tears to my eyes then and is bringing tears to my eyes now.
