Tevez is one of our worst penalty takers. I'd never let Hart take one in a game, but I'd feel more confident in him scoring than I would Tevez.

Yes that is true but i would not be worried if he stepped up during a peno shoot out even if it was the 1 that would win us the CL final, he doesnt seemed phased by big occasions just elevated
