If it was worn more than the second kit then it would not be the third kit if the third kit was worn more then than the first kit then the second kit would be third

I like em all, especially the away kit, think it's looks smart.

The only percieved problem I can see with the second kit, is our players being able to pick each other out with passes with the colour of the shirt.

We'll wear it at the claret and blues West Ham, Villa (and Burnley) for a start... Like we generally do with our white 3rd kits.

Usually Blue at Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal, Sunderland,Hull, (Wolves)

So Black at Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Spurs, Wigan, Stoke, Bolton, Portsmouth, Blackburn, (Birmingham)...?

Isn't there some rule about having to wear an away kit 8 times a season?

Main rule about change strip is that no more than 8 times a season, and change strip includes away and 3rd combined...

22. Players of the Visiting Club may wear its away Strip when playing in League Matches provided that they shall not do so on more than 8 occasions in any Season, including those occasions, if any, when required to do so by virtue of the foregoing provisions of Rule F.21. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Rule shall limit the number of occasions a Club may be required to change its Strip pursuant to Rule F.21.

The last bit basically means that it can be worn more than 8 times if there's a clash.
So the rule is no more than 8 times unless there's a clash in which case it can be worn more than 8.
