If so, what a fucking joke. How much did we pay for him again? As a young guy, far from the finished article but obvious potential is there. Give him fuck all chances, then loan him out, where lo and behold he starts doing well. It wasn't hard to see coming. He was already built like a tank and could finish 2-3 years ago.
I reckon Caicedo is the real deal, and we're gonna lose him for fuck all, a fraction of what we paid for him.
I reckon he's better than most of our strikers including Dzeko.

Where did you hear about this 800k?
We paid £5.2m for him, I can't see us including an 800k option in his contract.

Surely if they sell him on we will get more as there's bound to be a sell on clause?
I could be wrong, but it's fairly standard practice.
