Biggest **** in the media

You do sound like you're constantly spoiling for a fight? If you're that bothered, why not give your opinions to the posters who post about the things you find an embarrassment? You seem to be barking at nobody in particular.
I've responded, in the main, to posts which I wish to debate and sometimes wish to take to task - I'm barking at nobody. As I said, this is a forum. not a Pravda love-in.

Agenda or no agenda, one thing is clear the BBC favour the rags and use them for clicks, headline Mourinho stars in grenfell match, this game was about a charity, people dying, brave firemen and women risking there lives, and the BBC headline made it all about peg why is that?

Bit like last season! No, just my thoughts. The amount of stuff on this forum about this conspiracy, that bias etc is absolutely staggering. And utterly embarrassing. We are absolutely no more hard done to than any other club. Can you imagine if the Bournemouth result were reversed. The ref had indicated 5 mins extra and they got a winner in the 97th min. This board would fucking explode. But there were no threads claiming any injustice. The way to answer any critic is to win. The fact we sneaked 4th then 3rd in the last two seasons is the reason we're rightly being called to task. All the harping about Talksport, Match of The day, etc, etc, is infantile. People having heart attacks because the Daily Mail is writing biased narratives. Get a grip.
I don't mind the press pummelling us mate if it's deserved. I don't mind being called shit when it's deserved. What I do mind is being treated differently. Could you tell me the difference between these next two scenarios.
Pellegrini's first season wins the league and league cup.
Mourinho's return to Chelsea and does the same and gets manager of the year.
What's the difference? They forgot to put Manuels vote in?
Merlin gets overlooked every year for team of the season? Again it must have slipped their mind.
Aguero wins golden boot and isn't in the team of the year? Hmm it's a tricky one.
You can walk around with the blind man but my eyes are wide open.
Oh and I'm not having a heart attack about things, sometimes things are as plain as day.

It's an internet forum containing differing blues of all ages, some smart ones and some who are not so smart, we're not one big homogeneous mass. For every agenda post there's an @franksinatra post. Embarrassed by things that are posted on a fans forum? You should stop taking it so seriously, if it bothers you so much you should maybe take it up with the posters who don't act like whatever your idea of a blue is.

I have no issues with an alternative view or agenda based posts but can sympathise with Jonny Tapia as it does seem most of the topics focus around this subject nowadays with the most trivial of comments being put forward as evidence of a conspiracy.

For me though the most worrying element is the influence it appears to have on people and how it diminishes their enjoyment where even after a great victory people are more focused on what the papers say, referee etc etc.

Interestingly outside the bubble of Blue Moon I meet City fans who are not aware of any campaign being allegedly waged against the club and seem happier for it. Many people do take it with a pinch of salt and compartmentalise the issue but it is sad to think some blues are not fully enjoying these magical moments of this spell in our history based on a perceived agenda.
