I was told about that picture years ago. Apparently the 4 girls were Vietnamese, who were, to use a Dockers phrase "Shipped in for the night".

I have no doubt that Roache will be acquitted. Apart from the difficulty of proving something that happened so long ago, for some people on the jury, the lure of celebrity will cloud their judgement.

Which is a real shame and possibly explains why Hall, Oyston et al carried that aura of untouchability with them for so long.
Nowt to do with the possibility (remote or otherwise) of him actually being, shock horror, innocent of the charges then?

You are aware that both Richard Madeley & Harry Redknapp were both acquitted?

You, I or any other person on the Clapham Omnibus would be sewing mailbags.

Or how about just 3 dirty bastads ( allegedly in kens case!!)

they don't look like little girls to me though, they look big enough to be able to decide whether to be there or not.

I once witnessed how young girls like 15 year olds behaved around George Best, any one of them was gagging for it, they were all over him, I was 16 at the time and jealous as fuck ....

You had the hots for George Best?

ohh your sharp as a pencil today chabbers mate

Not sure of the wisdom of posting that picture and associated comments at this stage of proceeding - M'learned friends may take a dim view

It's all in the public domain.

Any member of the jury (or the public) could find that picture by posting the names of the 2 convicted sex offenders and William Roache into a search engine.

And Jonathan King and Stuart Hall got jail time.

Your point is?

I certainly am, but thanks for reminding me. I'm also aware of the fact that Michael LeVell was also acquitted by a jury of his peers, despite being found guilty by the Royal Courts of BlueMoon justice. Are any/all of them innocent or guilty of the charges they faced? Fucked if I know; I wasn't there so it's impossible for me to judge without seeing all the evidence. I was just thinking (dangerous, I know) of that old adage; innocent until proven guilty.

Well for a start Stuart Hall pleaded "Guilty", so there was nowt down for him.

I can only assume that there was overwhelming evidence against Jonathan King. Either that or the jury viewed him as a loathsome wretch. In which case, his celebrity status didn't count for much.

Are you acknowledging that they were acquitted or that Joe Bloggs would be doing stir?
