Someone will have to explain to me why Ian Watkins was in custody throughout whilst Stuart Hall (guilty), Bill Roache (not guilty) and Rolf Harris (as yet unknown) have all been free to go about their business until the trial. I know very little about this.

Seriousness of charges, risk of flight, amount of bail, danger to public, etc.

Stuart Halls solicitor must be rubbish.....

It usually works like this.
Solicitor: 5 women say you raped or indecently assaulted them but other than that there is no other evidence. I suggest you run a Not Guilty.
Ken Barlow: OK

OR

Solicitor. 5 different women, who have never met each other have all separately said you wore an Elvis mask, a rag shirt and sang the national anthem whilst raping them. They can't all have made up the exact same story, getting the description and everything else the same, I suggest you plead.
Stuart Hall: OK

Now in Mr Halls defence he didn't wear a rag shirt, not even Hall is that perverted but I take it you get the drift.

Yeh I suppose but I don't like posters with names like Blue Silk, that is a blatant attempt to appeal to 'The Laydeeees of this forum and he used big words. Mind you I best not piss him off I might need him soon.
