Birmingham City Thread - 2023/24 | Rooney sacked after 15 games

Don’t know whether I missed this discussed elsewhere but I noticed buried in amongst all the Euro ‘24 news the other day, a little snippet that Birmingham City made an official request to the Football League to stage their home league game with Wrexham next season somewhere in the USA.

The EFL turned down their request. But I imagine there were a few owners of Premier League clubs keeping half an eye on the situation.

Great idea by Birmingham, their ground is usually two thirds empty.
