its called panalty fever
this is a decent game but just cl teams from a couple of years ago so sadly no city =[
is good when ya get the hang of it, the 1st arrow is to try and show the keeper what way and the second arrow is where you actually put it, is good!! you also control the keeper when its the other teams pen! ive won it with legia warsaw =S so obv theres no skill level for the actual teams haha
