Why 2 strikers? I'd rather put 1 more midfielder there. And Ferna gets overplayed IMO. He needs more rest. Another reason to get another CM in. Let's hope he doesn't play against West Ham.

Maybe Pellegrini will do the same to what he did against Wigan in the League Cup. Play Fernandinho the first half then sub him for Yaya. I think it would be a clever decision now that Rodwell is out again.

Strong team that.

Call me a miserable old sod but the only thing that gets me excited about that team is Silva... And that's mostly hoping Blackburn take the high road and don't kick the ever-living stuffing out of him.

You are a miserable old sod and if you can't see that is a strong team at this stage of the competition
and why people are happy about that, then maybe I suggest you take up something as exciting as snail racing.

You don't enjoy dry, ironic wit I see.

This will be Ferdi's 10th game in 4 weeks.

really needs a rest !! rodwell get fit already !!

Slightly misleading statistic. I'm convinced he played only 50-60 minutes in at least one of those games.

Hard to deny he's in need of a rest, though.

55 minutes against Palace, 90 minutes in the other 9
