I remember when they were building the new Platt Lane stand. A few guys in hard hats were always stood in there watching the matches, with the Kippax singing 'get to work you lazy twats'

Seems they would need to buy a fair few properties to ever build anything sizeable on that small side.

I know the Armfield stand is finished to the North.

Blackpool fan here - just got out of my cardboard box and am admiring your big posh hotel. Hope you get a decent day up here for the game. Always liked MCFC fans as they seem to have mostly stuck through thick and thin - a lot of thin! Remember you lot down here for a thrilling 0-0 draw a few years back. By the way we should have 4 stands in the near future and maybe a 16,000 capacity - MASSIVE. All the best MTM
