anyone no of any blues in blackpool area who travel to the games,where they meet and if they run a bus,notice there is a blackpool n fylde supporters club is it still going and where do they meet,moving there in 2 wk,thanks

Yes mate Blackpool have a good well run sc and take as many as 3 coaches to home games.
They have several pick up points in the area so you shouldnt be too far from one.
I know several members and us to travel with Frank Kennedy who is treasurer,if you want his contact details I will pm them to you. He is a good guy and i am sure he will help you out.

Me too. My ex used to live in St Annes and we'd go in The Shovels pub quite a lot and there was always loads of Blues in there. The coach stops off there for pick ups to home matches so I was told. I love Blackpool and St Annes - the place gets a bad press but it's no worse than a lot of places in Manchester and a lot nicer than some. I like the fact that the Blackpool folk talk with Manc accents!

Picks up at The Shovels about 1/4 mile from the inland end of Squires Gate Lane.

Not sure but would imagine so as it is one of the main roads/areas one of the members of the sc will no doubt confirm

That wasnt the g casino that burnt down. G (grosvenor) is on prom near Sand Castle, the one that burnt down was on Station Road.

They speak with manc accents cause most of em are from Manc :-)

St Annes is good Blackpool is shit between the piers but good after them ie from station road to talbot road.( What would be known as the inner city if it was a city) That is just my opinion :-)
