anyone in blackpool that hasn't got a ticket i recommend the golden eagle in clevelys if you want to venture abit further out, the back room '' the vault '' is a good place on matchday (city or united) theyve got a nice set up there, shit loads of city scarves all over the gaff

5 of us going for the weekend and I've got us all on the guest list for the syndicate night club on the saturday night. Fair play to my rag mate who's the Dj at the club for getting us on the list.

Its my bday that weekend so im goin up on the Sat mornin. Goin the Pleasure Beach all day, then out in the night, back to a B&B then, hopefully to the game Sunday.

I love going to Blackpool - it makes me feel middle class.
What a filthy shit hole it is! I'll take the kids to the zoo but won't venture onto the front. Last time we did one of the kids was knocked over by a pissed up Scotsman at 1.30 in the afternoon - he tripped over himself as he passed me ;-) and couldn't even get up - which made standing on his fingers a lot easier. The place is full of ignorant pissheads and unemployed drug fuelled scum who live in the scabby b&b's, wandering around looking for something to steal.
I really feel for the people who don't know what it's like and are expecting to have a nice couple of days there and watch their team play.
