I was just browsing the FA site and came across 'blind football', and i'm not taking the piss, how does this work? how can you find the goal if you can't see? do city have a blind team?

Yeah, they did. Danny Mills, Corradi, and Samaras, were the stars.

Guys,
I come across your blind football thread via Google so thought I'd try and give you some more info as you generated a fair bit of interest amongst yourselves :)

My lad, Craig Lundberg, is an England international player and they've just returned from the European Championships in France where they were beaten by the hosts in the final, 3-2!

Have a look at this link from Granada Sport for a fair idea of what it's all about.

Thanks for your interest fellas.

Steve.

Remember a TV show which had the international england blind goalkeeper on once and they got people to tak shots at him with the bell ball. It was for one of them charity shows or to win money.

Anyway yeh, i think it is the bell in the ball and the internationals are really good at it.

Thanks for that vid Steve, your son is brilliant, and certainly has a bright future in the game.

You answered our main question too, the ball, BALL BEARINGS, not a bell, and no futurisitc bleeps.

Thanks
