Feel sorry for the away fans sitting near that blonde lad midway up the block. How do you seasoncard holders in 117 manage a season sat near him?! Hard work watching City yesterday, but sitting near him was nails down the blackboard stuff

South stand was dogshit yesterday. Am seriously considering moving from 116.
It seems the best tactic to get a result at COMS is bring no fans then watch the south stand turn on the players BEFORE the opposition even score as there is no one else around to slag off.

The trouble is, I cant see anywhere else in the ground that isnt full of moaning wankers, going on about how much our players get paid.
Even the old stallworts who I KNOW have been following us thru thick and thin for periods of upto 50yrs are at it.

Has there been some sort of amnesia outbreak that means no one can remember how bad it used to be? how good our SUPPORT was back then?

Days like yesterday make me never ever want to go back to eastlands again, and it has nothing to do with the result or the team. (if i could be sure of getting away tickets without a season card, i probably wouldnt go back!)

sort yourselves out you so called SUPPORTERS.

Anyway, cya's Wednesday (relocated to 110, will it be any better?)

is that the one with what looked like his mum who was acting all proud and running her mouth as well as getting all pally with the steward trying to look cool?

yeah he was trying to act like a big guy with his insignificant digs, got to the point where people around me were asking him if he cared that we were blues as well...

but nvm, doesn't really surprise me.

there was some good banter in 117 with one blue with an elvis presley hairstyle and he got ripped all game... fair play to elvis !

Standing in the South Stand is pretty good sometimes. But sometimes it's a hideous experience.

Especially when you're trying to watch the game but some witty bastard has spotted someone overweight in the away section. Then you can forget about the game as it's hard to see through the wanker-signs and the flashing of £20 notes.

Also a few years ago there was a screeching girl who had no control over her emotions or the pitch of her voice. Fortunately she's calmed down a bit now, as she moves out of her teens.

there the worse for it!!! city fans have always bin the biggest bunch of moaning cunts ever since I've followed them, I bet people on the kippax use to slag off colin bell back in the day. Were alot better these days though, goaters book shows how bad we was (abusing the players at platt lane), the atmosphere was so bad at one point Royle was taking the players out the ground to warm up.

Hmmm wasn't that in order for them to taste the unique atmosphere as they ran out at Maine Road? Without it being diluted by warming up on the pitch?

Haha I forgot about that, I remember seeing them dashing out of minibuses and into the main entrance

What a ridiculous lot of nonsense!

what was the story with the empty/missing seats in the SS yesterday?

They sent a taxi, when they quite clearly asked for a people carrier!

I meant the area where a number of actual seats were missing, not fans.
The area that had netting over it. seemed to be a gap there too and not an aisle.

Did the Aris fans break them?

I think I know the kid you're on about, he sits on the same row as me. Don't tend to overly notice him to be honest, I remember one point where some were singing the nick knack paddy whack song and he was trying to shout City over the top of them.

Seriously considering giving my season ticket up, I am not enjoying it anymore, surrounded by day trippers and moaning twats and it is really getting to me, I am east level 3 and have had to listen to some absolute bollocks this season, the thing is the day trippers have no real feeling for the club and are coming to games expecting us to smash everyone, there expectations are out of control and they probably don't recall the tough times because they probably never went when the chips where down

Yes 100 seats were broken by Aris fans - this was not in anyway malicious like when Celtic were here!

Unfortunately they learnt the hard way that they are not strong enough to jump up and down on ;)
