Was at City from 67 to 83. We had Mercer, Allison, Hart, Book, Saunders, Book, Allison. Book, Bond and Benson?. Not all different managers though!

I had Mercer, Allison, Hart, Saunders, Book, Allison, Bond and Benson. There must have been some caretakers in there, surely, presumably Book on more than one occasion.Nope? (I made it he had he had 7)
Couple of points of order - can Big Mal count twice and did he actually play for Benson as I know he was injured for much of 1983, hence why Alex was in nets v Luton.

Pretty sure Jimmy Friz gave him his debut and he left when Royle was manager
That would be Frizell, Machin, Kendall, Reid, Horton, Ball, Coppell, Neal, Clarke and Royle.
Or if Billy Mac gave him his debut and you discount Neal.
