Al Pacino as Mancini.

Ferguson says there's no-one good enough to play him:-

I think there's about 500 could do it. Most of them are sitting in shop doorways in Glasgow with brown paper bags.

Manchester United said: "Mr Ferguson does not discuss his personal finances."

See, even Utd don't acknowledge his sham of a knighthood! :o)

Mancini (Richard Gere) riding across the deserts of Abu Dhabi 'Lawrence of Arabia' style, whilst Fergie (Rab C Nesbit) scurries from out a hole in the desert pleading for any spare whisky.
Meanwhile over on the sandy knoll, a gunman, part of an FA/Sky conspiracy, fires off three shots in 7 seconds, Fergie goes mad asking where on the earth the gunman got 7 seconds from, it should have been at least 9 (JFK/Oliver Stone reference) and starts pointing at his watch. As Fergie continues his rant at the gunman, Manici rides off into the sunset, with the Premier League title shimmering in the sunset.

Well the cool calm nigel havers for robie and baldrick for fergie. yes master mancini i have a cunning plan
