Blue Tuesday on GMR

Would have a decent crowd if people in Rochdale (that includes Slattocks) supported the Dale like people in Manchester support City & people from London support a Salford football club!

Any City fans want to watch some games when the team are away come down to the Dale.

There was about 200 people max stood outside the town hall to cheer on the team, where were the rest of the 3000 from matches? Oh and anyone recognise the bloke they spoke to at the end of the bbc report - he was a city season ticket holder until city stopped giving disabled fans free tickets and made them pay towards it - then he switched to dale. Seems even the "diehards" at the "parade" have 2 clubs.
I used to have a soft spot for dale, up til a few years ago when small minded nastiness from the club made me forever hope they dwindle into the conference (not going into it, lets just say someone high up were total bastards to an older female member of my family). No time for dale now. Hope they go down again. And sick of hearing the lectures about city coming into money - like dale wouldn't hope for the same?!

Instead of wasting time on a City forum, go and have a walk around your local town centre and have a chat to people who actually live there, happily wearing Barcelona, Rags, Chelsea shirts.... oh and more Liverpool shirts past few weeks.

I've been to Spotlands more times than I can remember, many non-City matches, just fancied watching a footy match.
Just remember that there are many Blues who live locally on this forum who have for many years gone to watch the likes of Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Bolton, Stockport and so on.

The casual football fan keeps your club alive.
if you don't want me to watch football at Spotlands ever again then fine, I'll take my money elsewhere.

But your posts have proven you hate city fans and don't want us!

They are Rochdale AFC and they cost NOWT and it,s rare that we get good news in Rochdale

.Their Wages for the season probably are less than you top player gets in a month.

I'm pleased for Rochdale, as I used to watch all the local clubs every now and again in my younger days and if one of them does well I'm happy.

But you must know that money talks at every level in football and the clubs in League 1 who have higher revenues will generally do better than the ones that don't.

Tad disappointed everyone just let the rag **** slag us off on a radio show supposed to be on our corner without as much as a correction or reply afterwards

Same here. Was stunned that he's given this great opportunity to reach fans the club would never each on thier own and instead of talking about his club and their fantastic accomplishment. He spent the vast majority of it slagging us off. Can he be more ungrateful? Mind your business.

Someone text in last night saying SIlva reminded him of Kinkladze, give me a break, he's not fit to lace Daves boots, and wouldn't get anywhere near this first team

Wow, just wow.....I can't believe how disrespectful you're being to a club legend? Just think about what you've just said there you massive tool. You may well think Kinkladze isn't better than Silva, but "not fit to lace his boots"?? Not only are you a terrible city fan, you're a moron. You're clearly not very good at judging footballing ability. He was one of the most entertaining attacking footballers i've ever had the pleasure of watching. He played in a shit team, in a shit era for us, with even worse facilities and management. You've clearly forgotten how good he was because it was 15+ years ago.....That does not degrade the quality of the guy just because you can't remember him as well. Do you think gazza at his best would get shat on by current prem midfielders? If you think yes to this as well you are even more of jackass than I originally thought.
