Don't think this guy has got enough credit, and warrenst far more views on youtube.

He has not produced bile, but a well executed song.

Think this warrents a sticky, as it should be the first on bluemooners playlist when on the forum.

The song summarises what being a city fan has been all about.

Fairplay Mark Heywood.

First time I've seen or heard this its excellent !!

Anyone know how you can download this for Itunes ?

Listened to this song all over cup final weekend, such a good tune and it represents man city so well

Love the song, I think I posted it on here before anyone. ;)

To me, that song will always be synonymous with the FA Cup final. It's catchy but has lyrics that only a City fan can really relate to (ie. "Dickov's slide").

I wish the club had acknowledged it and maybe the supporters can sing it whenever we're going to Wembley again.

Love the lines:

If you think we're entitled to silver and titles - you're wrong,
That's not us, that's our rivals, from the semi finals, when we won !

Amazed this song hasn't had more recognition amongst the blues fans.

As football songs go, I really like that.

However, no football song will ever break the golden rule that lyrics about football are always twee, corny and rubbish.

Decent tune though.

In general yes, although I think this and the New Order track for the 1990 world cup broke the mould for formulaic football songs.
