Dear Blues

I am negotiating with a chap who advertised on mancityfans to sell 2 tickets. Says he bought them from a website.
Assuming he has some tickets - what would you need to actually get in the ground? Is the ticket enough? Or do you need an access card of some kind as well?
I have only ever been (recently) using my pals season ticket so am not sure what the procedure is.
Help greatly appreciated.
Also does Block 214 Row H sound real and in the City end?

I've just disapproved a post and banned someone for offering two tickets in Block 214 Row H for the price of £500. This person says he bought them off a mate. Could be a coincidence but.....

214 is away fans if they've sold their full allocation. I think QPR have.
