Bluehammer's 'Top 100 Greatest Songs of All Time'

Big Zappa fan that I am, I'm still dubious as to what 'song' of his you could put in a top 50.
An actual song with lyrics, eliminates the vast majority of his work as a sizeable amount of his songs with lyrics would be questionable to a critical mass audience, required to get a wide enough appeal.
Being subjective as well as looking for a wider appeal I'd put
Peaches en Regalia high up the list (Instrumental though)
Bad News Coming Every Day. A good shout.

Being purely subjective I'd have Watermelons in Summer Hay in the top 10.
Surely it would be Valley Girl ;)

I can confirm that BH's account has been hacked - the clue was the 11 consecutive picks without including David Gray......... ;-)

I saw Dweezil perform Watermelon with ZPZ in Liverpool a few years back when they did the Roxy gigs. Fucking incredible to be fair, he had a tear running down his cheek.
Trouble Every Day is a good shout for a more populist pick, but surely it should be the one that the OP loves the most? Or am I not getting this right?
