Morning lads and lasses, Cross Country has gone so the 4:10 selections are void, id say lets do the 4:50 (I know the time has changed) but wouldnt be fair on people who have already submitted and wont be online again before tomorrow.

Just for clarity Jonbon is a non runner so any non runner picks throughout the week can be amended or will automatically go on the favourite for the race, again any issues give us a shout

In fact fuck it we'll try to do the 4:50 a few have already picked for that race anyway, anyone who doesnt see this can have a go at the 4:50 tomorrow so weve all had the same amount of races come Friday
